What does that mean to you?

When you get sick, it means you are not balanced and that your rivers and streams inside of your body (your blood stream) is not clean and running smoothly. Then the cells in your blood cannot be strong and you get sick! To clean up your own river of life, (your blood stream) you need to drink lots of good clean water and eat lots of good foods from the garden just like Doc Broc does.
